CHEF GREGORY PAINE, OWNER & EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Greg is an Atlanta native who's motto is "eat well and live life! ". He holds several degrees including a stint at Savannah College of Art & Design, a BFA in sculpture from GA State University and is an honors graduate from the Atlanta Art Institute in Culinary Arts. Over the past 20 years Chef Greg has honed his skills and culinary prowess working with some of the best clubs & establishments in town. Thru this passion, he has helped create one of Atlanta's best award winning, full-service catering companies, Avante Catering and its parent company Chef Gregory, Inc.
GENELL PAINE, VICE PRESIDENT of MARKETING & SALES
Originally from Port au Prince, Haiti and Miami, FL, Genell comes from a restaurant-oriented family so she definitely knows her way around the food and beverage industry. Having owned several other successful businesses, Genell now oversees daily operations of Avante Catering including sales and marketing. She' s an incredible team builder who never takes "no" for an answer. Her adopted motto/mantra "under-promise, over-serve" acts as an honest beacon in an unconscionable industry.
