Chef Gregory and family recently returned from the American Express Cayman Cookout hosted by Food and Wine Magazine- An amazing culinary adventure in the Grand Cayman which was the playground for top food illumanaries and the Top Chef's in the food kingdom- A beautiful display of talent at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman in a setting of island paradise was a jaw dropping experience that has truly amped and revamped my Chef Spirit.
