Avante Catering was recently featured in an exclusive photo shoot for Cobb Life Magazine. The April edition will feature an " AL FRESCO" dinner party, complete with before and after dinner cocktails and a 6 course cutting-edge menu! The photo shoot was an on-site project at the Marietta Garden Center, whose main building dates back to the turn of the century. Inspired by his "Southern Fusion" style, Chef Gregory and staff went over the top with a new twist on Southern favorites combined with modern sophistication and flair to create the coming Spring season's definition of "Southern Hospitality".

Chef Marty hails from Pittsburgh PA - A seasoned self-taught uberchef with Four Star Experience including stints at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach FL and Atlanta GA. Chef Christina Pericas is a Graduate from The Atlanta Art Institute and has extensive training in the Baking and Pastry Arts- Her Italian Butter-cream has no rivals- "Simply the Best"-

The Atlanta Botanical Garden will raise the green curtain on an expansion that includes a new Woodland Southern Seasons Garden, a new Visitor Center designed to LEED-certification standards and a new green-designed parking facility to accommodate large private events. The Garden also will debut Moore in America, the largest outdoor exhibition of British artist Henry Moores sculptures ever presented in the United States. Excitement swelled in early January with the first walkthrough of GREYSTONE. This historic structure stood as the bathhouse at Piedmont since the turn of the century-The city of Atlanta and the Piedmont Park conservancy has invested 8.5 million to create what is soon to be one of Atlantas most sought after venues for weddings and special events.
