12.01.06 Opening- WHEW!!
It would be in bad taste if I started this with a whacked out story-So, I will
keep it short and sweet on this one and begin with saying thanks to everyone
involved with my newest endeavour- I decided to buy out another catering
company(Avante Catering) almost this time last year.
9 months of the song and dance routine-thousands of pieces of
paper declaring me of Sound Mind and Body- financially plausible-
worthy of significant risk-(success or crash and burn)- A tremendous
amount of hours planning and deplaning. Now I’m the proud
owner of a beast of an operation and I will have to say it’s
a great feeling- to get this far and to have survived the climb-
It’s awesome! It could never never have happened without
the support of my beautiful wife Genell- who is now my biz partner
and and my daughter Margeaux- who has now memorized a phase I
taught her- “Be aware of your surroundings” we say
it together every morning!!
This is also a moment to say that I have inherited a “GREAT
CREW” and I want to give a shout out to all of them!!! “HU
YAW”
So, in closing- I would like to invite you to stay tuned for
